PSYZC company received customers from Pakistan

On March 29, 2019, our company received customers from Pakistan. Under the leadership of International department manager Mr. Peter, the customers visited the production workshop, precision bearing precision testing machines, finished products, and warehouses.

 

Our main product scopes include angular contact bearing, deep groove ball bearing, tapered roller bearing, cylindrical roller bearing and spherical roller bearing.

During the on-site visit, the customer took several finished or semi-finished bearings on the assembly line for testing. The accuracies of the bearings, such as roundness, verticality, width tolerance of the inner and outer rings can reach the ISO standards. In addition, cleaning is also critical for precision bearings, and the effect of fouling on the precision of precision bearings is significant. If the smooth ball surface is contaminated, excessive rolling of the rolling elements creates partial pressure on the bearing steel, which can cause permanent material fatigue of the bearing. In addition, dust in the external environment will cause damage to precision bearings. Our work environment and vacuum packaging, and storage are in a clean and tidy    environment.

After visiting the factory, the customers were very satisfied with our products and packaging.
