1. Provide necessary work guidance for customers who need customized bearings

2. Participate in the debugging work during bearing installation.

3. We conduct continuous technical monitoring of the customized bearings to get a feedback, thus to determine the reasons for the negative impact on bearing durability during equipment operation. An improvement plan will be developed to optimize the performance of the bearing in subsequent batches.

4. According to specific application, we will develop technical specifications to improve bearing service life for customers.

5. Find out the reason why special customized bearing does not reach the expected service life, we recommend customers to take necessary measures accordingly to prevent this happening in the future.

6. We will conduct installation and operation training and testing for customers' operators, as well as repair and maintenance knowledge of special bearings, to achieve the purpose of prolonging the service life of bearings.
